Throughout implementation and maintenance, Capita’s Project Manager will keep both parties on timeand on budget for each milestone with detailed project plans, regular reviews and clear communication. Capita’s Project Manager works very closely with our customers, listening to their requirements, documenting them, and then reviewing them with actual screens when possible to easily to visualize the end result. For all projects, Our project managers adhere to this framework to provide an open communication structure and an acceptance process from which client satisfaction will be achieved and maintained. The dynamics of this framework allow us involve clients throughout the early stages of the project to ensure that the project plan is follow appropriately. This includes active project management, customer validation and a thorough measurement process to ensure that all deliverables are in accordance with Capita's established standards.
