Reports & Forms

Does your agency have the reporting and forms necessary to operate effectively? If the answer is no, Professional Services can help create the necessary reports and form. We design and produce specialized reports for managers and executives to ensure they have up-to-date and accurate information at their fingertips. If a specialized form is needed, we can provide custom logos, language, data entry and logic that determines when a form should be made available to users.

Specialized Product Configuration

CapitaCase is designed to be completely configurable by your administrator without the need for technical skills, but it is sometimes helpful to have an expert on hand to assist. Capita Tech Professional Services can even introduce custom features. We conduct meetings with your Subject Matter Experts, and identify gap requirements, product functional specifications and detailed designs, and conduct visual walk-through sessions where possible showing you ahead of development what the new feature would look like and how it will work. Once you have accepted the specifications Capita Tech can begin development to your satisfaction.
