William Kilmer
Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO William Kilmer is on a mission to transform the world of probation, with a focus on helping agencies make data-driven decisions, and helping officers work more closely with offenders, not computer screens.
Prior to Capita Technologies, William was Operating Partner at Mercato Partners, an investment company focused on helping organizations grow and scale their businesses. As CEO and Chairman at PublicEngines, a leading provider of cloud-based predictive analytics and data visualization software for public safety, government and other organizations, the company tripled revenue by focusing on cloud-based data analytics, launching a predictive analytics product, creating a new sales model, and revving up the company’s marketing efforts.
Throughout his career, William has held a variety of positions including CEO, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategic Officer for a diverse range of technology-oriented companies, and has worked in cloud-based software, cybersecurity, and data analytics markets.
James Newman
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
James is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Capita Technologies. He brings a wealth of criminal justice industry knowledge spanning a 30+ year career in the Information Technology field.
James has worked for some of the most respected companies in the industry where he has extensive experience work with multiple criminal justice agencies to include corrections, probation, parole, pre-trial, public defender, courts and juvenile justice.
He has built world-class sales and marketing organizations and has consistently developed the infrastructure, processes and teams required for success. James is alumni of the University of Hartford.
Rob Schwab
Vice President of Product Management
Rob provides a rare combination of more than three decades of criminal justice, project management and software design experience. As a former court services agency administrator and board member of the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies, he possesses significant real world subject matter experience.
Joining Capita Technologies in January 2015, Rob’s vast industry expertise has been instrumental in developing product enhancements that continually elevate the functionality of Capita Tech’s product suite, while at the same time identifying and implementing innovative solutions that address the industry’s challenges.
Rob has designed state of the art enterprise class COTS and SaaS case management software systems for probation and parole, community corrections and jails. As the application architect, he was responsible for system design, business specifications and the product development road map.
While serving as a member of Pretrial and Probation/Parole national standard setting bodies Rob has helped establish national functional and procurement standards for Probation/Parole Management Information Systems.
Anu Nalluri
Vice President of Customer Success
A veteran in the criminal justice arena with a strong background navigating throughout the project life cycle, Anu utilizes her broad experience to ensure customer success.
Anu has directed Capita Tech’s implementation team since 2011, responsible for all aspects of customer deployment and satisfaction.
Since joining Capita Tech in 2003, she has been responsible for several significant projects including serving as the project manager of LA’s Probation Case Management System PCMS implementation – a project with over 5,000 users, deployed in more than 50 locations.
Prior to Capita Tech, Anu worked for a top 5 IT Consulting firm where she was a team lead for the migration and conversion to a new court case management system.
Guy Mahoney
Vice President of Engineering
Guy has more than 15 years’ experience leading research, product development and systems integration teams for organizations with a criminal justice focus.
Guy has managed research and software product development for a diverse range of products including biometric multi-tiered identification systems, mobile capture, access control, jail/corrections management systems, offender management, booking/enrollment solutions and passport/document solutions.
Throughout his career he has been responsible for many significant industry advancements including orchestrating the development of the state of the art Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS).
Guy joined Capita Tech in March 2016, and is responsible for research and development, product design, and quality assurance.
